Joey de Los Reyes is an owner of the Kombat Arts Training Academy as well as the acting
Program Director.

For the past two decades Joey has concentrated his efforts
mainly in the area of research and development of reality
based self defense systems.
At Kombat Arts, Sifu Joey teaches: Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do Concepts, Mixed Martial Arts, Kali, Boxing, Savate Boxe Francaise, Muay Thai boxing, Submission Grappling, Law Enforcement Certification Programs and Conditioning programs specifically for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
He has been a guest speaker on self defense for Student Crime
Stoppers (Toronto, ON), the Peel Board of Education - Girls
Phys Ed and Co-ed Program (Mississauga, ON) and the Peel Catholic
Separate School Board (Mississauga, ON)
Joey has worked in many diverse areas of the security field
such as large volume events and labor disputes to private
investigation and executive protection (body-guarding) for
corporations in the United States. Over the past decade, Joey
has trained many private security companies, members of the
ETF, military, police officers, detectives and professional
athletes.
- One of the coaches for the Canadian Team that attended the 2006 World Amateur Muay Thai Championships in Bangkok, Thailand.
- He has successfully taught defensive tactics to: Wal-Mart
Canada Inc., Sears Canada, a div. of Ontario Hydro, Carecor
Security Services, Nexus Protective Services, SIS/ADT, Total
Investigations Services, Wyco Security, Action-Plus Protection
and Home Depot Canada.
- He was the former instructor for the Dufferin Roman Catholic
School Board where he taught a Kickboxing program as a General
Interest course.
