Class Format
At Matmen, we focus on two of the more traditional and most
widely practiced styles - Freestyle and Greco-Roman. 'Freestyle'
wrestling allows the use of the entire body. That is, take
downs and throws can involve both the legs and upper body.
On the ground, competitors can also utilize both the upper

all takedowns, tilts and locks focus on only the upper body
(above the waist).
